IFJ sponsors Jan Pieter Hoogenboom from OZ-Hami for a good cause

Jan Pieter Hoogenboom, who works at OZ-Hami and is a client of IFJ, participated in the impressive Coast to Coast charity cycling tour in Spain from September 26 to 28, made possible in part by a donation from IFJ. Along with more than 45 other participants, he cycled from Salou to San Sebastian, a challenging route of over 600 km with nearly 7,000 meters of elevation. This cycling tour, organized by Stichting All The Way EFI, aims to raise funds for cancer research at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek hospital.

Day two of the tour was the most demanding, covering 190 km and 3,600 meters of elevation through the Pyrenees, with a finish in Lourdes. All participants covered their own expenses, while focusing their efforts on raising as much money as possible for the fight against cancer.

Jan Pieter participated in this event for the ninth time and emphasized that every donated euro is fully allocated to cancer research. So far, the total raised stands at an impressive €100,000. Every donation helps advance cancer research and offers hope to those battling this terrible disease. On November 15, the total amount will be personally presented in the form of a check to the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek hospital.
