The recruitmentprocess
- Our recruiters review the flex pool to identify who is available. We carefully consider the diverse cultures and their associated values, ensuring the fit is right for the company.
- In addition, we continuously recruit talent from Southern and Eastern Europe. Once everything is in place, we handle the necessary paperwork.
- Temporary workers arrange their own transportation to the Netherlands, while we provide housing and health insurance if needed.
The onboarding
- Prior to starting, we have frequent contact with the temporary worker. But we also expect a solid onboarding process from the client.
- During onboarding, new temporary workers are guided and supported in adapting to their new job, focusing on behavior, performance, and social expectations.
- We establish clear agreements about this. For example, the temporary worker knows in advance who to turn to with any questions. In fact, the onboarding process literally begins the moment the worker steps onto the plane.
Progress and evaluation
We recruit in Europe
Our temporary workers come from Eastern and Southern Europe. All our workers are screened and hold a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). In addition, speaking English is a requirement. Last but not least, only motivated individuals become part of the International Flex Job team!
