Your first day in the Netherlands

Moving to the Netherlands can be quite exciting. Fortunately, the entire International Flex Job team is here to support you. We’ll literally see you fly in from our office. On your first day, we’ll welcome you with open arms and guide you every step of the way!

Housing is arranged

We provide comfortable housing for you, fully certified according to the Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF) standards, because we believe that’s important. If something breaks or needs replacing, our Housing team is ready to assist you. Of course, it’s your responsibility to keep the accommodation tidy. Did you know you could even win a prize for that?

We also consider your housemates—who will be a good match for you? It’s great to make new friends easily after moving to a new country, and we’re here to help with that too!

Transportation to and from work

Depending on the distance to your workplace, we’ll provide you with a nice bike or arrange a car for you. This could mean carpooling or using a car on loan, but the latter is only available if you have a valid driver’s license.

Your first assignment

We carefully screen all our clients to ensure they meet our standards. Good employment practices are essential before we start collaborating. This guarantees that you will be working in a safe environment.

International Flex Job holds several certifications, including the SNF and ABU quality marks. This means we adhere to all regulations, ensuring proper housing and taking good care of our employees.

A good salary

With us, you receive a good weekly salary because that’s what you deserve. Your salary is the same as that of other employees performing the same role on the shop floor. That’s why we’ve earned the SNA certification. Additionally, we do everything we can to ensure you have enough working hours from day one.

The Netherlands is known for its down-to-earth mentality and openness. Almost everyone speaks good English, and people are helpful. You’ll find that making connections is easy. The Netherlands is a country where, in the evening, you can peek into people’s homes—symbolizing its open culture. Everyone is welcome and is greeted with warmth.

Of course, we’re also famous for our beautiful tulips, Gouda chees, and as a cycling nation. Who knows, you might even become a cycling enthusiast yourself!
