The IFJ Fund: Taking care of each other

At International Flex Job (IFJ), we believe in the importance of social responsibility and take pride in giving back to the community. We do this proudly through our IFJ Fund. With this fund, we support various charitable causes, both financially and through the donation of goods. Each year, we carefully select initiatives and projects that positively impact society. Below is an overview of our past donations and the projects we are supporting this year.

Past Donations:

• Emma Children’s Hospital: To bring smiles to the children, we donated teddy bears to the Emma Children’s Hospital.

• Aalsmeer Food Bank: Together with our valued client FM, we donated food packages and a bouquet of flowers to help families in need.

• KDO G-Team: We provided the G-team of KDO, a football team for people with disabilities, with new sportswear.

• Inversa Residential Care Farm: For this care farm, which offers a safe and loving environment for people with intellectual disabilities, we donated a new oven. This year, we also provided a new exhaust hood.

Donations from this year:

• Xenia Hospice: This year, we donated a new coffee machine and a hot water dispenser to Xenia, a hospice that cares for young people with life-threatening illnesses.

• Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital: We are supporting a client who is organizing a cycling event to raise funds for this renowned hospital, dedicated to cancer research and treatment.

• Sint voor Ieder1: This holiday season, we are bringing smiles by donating 100 gift vouchers to children who could really use them.

At IFJ, we aim not only to be a reliable partner in flexible employment but also a force for making the world a better place. Thanks to our IFJ Fund, we can continue to bring positive changes to the lives of those in need.
