What will you do?
- Screen resumes and conduct telephone and video interviews to build a strong pool of technical and logistics talent.
- Maintain contact with candidates before their arrival in the Netherlands.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment partners in other countries.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new temporary workers.
- Create and maintain candidate profiles in our internal system.
- Support the recruitment process for roles such as operators, warehouse staff, technicians, logistics coordinators, and drivers.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience with (temporary) recruitment, preferably for technical or logistics roles.
- Excellent command of English (must). Knowledge of Spanish or other European languages is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work proactively.
- Goal-oriented, structured, and able to work independently.
- Eye for detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Comfortable with change, and able to work under pressure.
- Available 40 hours per week; flexible and team-oriented.
