What will you do?

As a Facility Planner, you are the key player in a well-organized operation. You make sure everything runs smoothly and keep an overview – even when it’s busy. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and coordinating the daily schedule for facility teams
• Managing the vehicle fleet, including lease cars and e-bikes
• Purchasing and managing facility resources such as housing and materials
• Handling administrative tasks related to contracts and planning
• Quickly resolving ad-hoc situations
• You’ll work closely with colleagues from different departments and communicate directly with suppliers.

Who are you?

• You have strong planning skills and always keep an overview
• You have an affinity with facility management and fleet coordination
• You speak good English (Dutch is a plus)
• You’re comfortable using systems like Microsoft Office and planning software
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and think in possibilities
