Your Role

Are you the driven professional who effortlessly coordinates both facility planning and fleet management? At International Flex Job in Aalsmeer, we are looking for a results-oriented and service-oriented facility planner who serves as the central cog in our team, managing the facility team deployment, fleet management, e-bikes, other facility matters like purchasing, and daily planning. You ensure smooth processes, from fleet administration to a seamless daily schedule for the team.

What will you do?

Create daily schedules for the facility team, covering both transportation and housing.
Coordinate the tasks the team needs to perform.
Act as the point of contact and troubleshooter for the facility team, including administrative handling.
Step in personally if hectic situations arise.

Who are we looking for?

• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
• Organized, structured, well-organized, and able to handle peak pressure.
• Affinity with fleet management.
• Familiarity with various IT systems (Plan4Flex, Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of contract management.
• You are a troubleshooter, proactive, and take the initiative.
