Your role

Are you the driven professional who effortlessly coordinates facility planning and fleet management? At International Flex Job in Aalsmeer, we are looking for a results-oriented and service-driven facility planner who acts as the central gear in our team when it comes to deploying the facility team, managing the fleet, e-bikes, other facility matters such as procurement, and daily planning. You ensure smooth-running operations – from fleet administration to an efficient daily schedule for the team.

What will you do?

• Create daily schedules for the facility team, including both transport and housing.
• Coordinate the tasks that the team needs to carry out.
• Act as the point of contact and troubleshooter for the facility team, including administrative follow-up.
• Step in personally when hectic situations arise.

Who are we looking for?

• Good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
• Organized, structured, and able to handle peak pressure well.
• Affinity with fleet management.
• Familiarity with various IT systems (Plan4Flex, Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of contract management.
• You are a troubleshooter, a go-getter, and someone who takes initiative.
