What will you do?

As a Coordinator Staffing & Client Relations, you are the essential link between our clients and temporary workers. Your main responsibilities include:
• Visiting clients regularly to ensure smooth collaboration and strong partnerships
• Supporting and guiding our international staff
• Managing workforce planning and coordination
• Solving challenges and being the first point of contact for clients and employees
• Monitoring contracts, schedules, and performance

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license (B), as you’ll be visiting clients frequently
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or other languages are a plus
• You are available for at least 32-40 hours
