Check the vacancies and apply for a job that suits you. Make sure to answer all the required screening questions carefully. An application letter is not mandatory, but you can include one if you’d like. Submitted everything? We’ll contact you within two working days.
Following your application, we will have a brief introductory call. We’ll check if all the questions have been answered and get a first impression of how you come across over the phone. If everything is in order, we will immediately schedule a time for the first formal interview.
Since you live abroad, the job interview will take place via a video call. During this conversation, topics such as who you are, what you are looking for, and why you want to work for International Flex Job will be discussed.
If we both feel positive about working together, you will receive all the documents digitally, such as the employment contract, your start date, and various information about International Flex Job, as well as details about your employer.
The big day! The International Flex Job team will pick you up from Schiphol and take you to the office, where you’ll receive a warm welcome. Afterwards, you’ll be taken to your new home and introduced to your colleagues and / or housemates.
You’ll start with your new employer, where a dedicated point of contact will be waiting for you. Additionally, we will visit you regularly, and you can always reach out to us for support.
Do you have a passport from a country in the Europian union? Good news! That means you’re allowed to work in the Netherlands. Do you hold a different nationality? Then you’ll need a Dutch residence permit that specifies your eligibility to work in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we can’t assist with obtaining such a residence permit. Want to know more?
You want to further develop yourself. You have ambition and a desire to learn. Plenty of reasons to choose a course or training provided by International Flex Job. For example, you can obtain your forklift certification with us, or perhaps you aim to become a team leader. We’d love that because it’s all possible!

For each successful referral, you can earn a €100 bonus. After the new employee has worked with us for two months, you will receive a net bonus of €50. If the employee continues to work with us full-time in the third and fourth months, you will receive an additional €50 bonus.
If you refer multiple new employees, you can earn €100 for each successful hire. There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer. Do you already have someone in mind to refer?
