No client or challenge is the same. That’s understandable, which is why we have a conversation with every client. What is the need, what type of temporary worker is required, what’s the timeline, and what challenges can you expect in the future? We always look ahead. It’s also possible for us to manage an entire department for you, including a team leader. Anything is possible, and we are happy to think along with you.
Personal contact
All our temporary workers receive intensive guidance. We visit them weekly, unless otherwise requested, to check if they are in the right place, performing well, how communication is going, or if there are other concerns. Personal contact is essential to understand how they are doing and to ensure good work performance from the temporary worker. Additionally, we regularly ask for feedback from the client.
